Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine The Relationship between Self-Concept and Achievement Motivation in Adolescents at MTs Nurul Hidayah Area Offer Year 2024. Achievement motivation is a drive that comes from within a person and is related to with the hope that the actions taken will be a means to achieve good results, compete and outperform others. Students with negative self-esteem tend to lose motivation and interests that influence achievement motivation. Design Study This natural descriptive analytic. On Study This use Study quantitative with analytical survey methods and use cross approach population section in this study were all students of MTs Nurul Hidayah totaling 123 Engineering students stunning examples in research This stratified random sampling. Big to taste Which used in this study as many as 40 people. The sampling technique in this study is layered random example Which done on the 15th April Year 2024. Results analysis obtained That There is connection Draft self with motivation academic achievement in adolescents obtained a p value = 0.41 < a = 0.05, it was concluded that there is a relationship between self-concept and achievement motivation in adolescents at MTs Nurul Hidayah. Area Offer Year 2024. Teenagers aged 13 years identified as an important transition period marked by change stature, emotional, and social significance, where draft self Can become factor important Which influence motivation reach. Difference in the draft self between participants educate boys and girls too affected by aspect stature and psychological, like to form body and appearance. It is hoped that further researchers will be able to provide input can conduct further research on the Relationship between Self-Concept and Emotional Maturity with Motivation to Achieve on Teenager
